If you are unable to attend a course after registering, please notify CISPS at least three (3) business days before the scheduled class.

Participants who provide the required notice may be eligible to reschedule their course to another available date, subject to availability.

Requests received less than three (3) business days before the scheduled class may be subject to an administrative fee.

Participants who fail to attend a scheduled class without providing prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
