Many times, the Estate Constable has to make a quick decision whether to make an arrest or not. He/she may not have time to contact another officer or his/her supervisor for advice. He/she should be quite certain when to act. If an Estate Constable fails to make an arrest when he/she ought to, it can have devastating consequences to persons and property. This specific training is covered in this course.

In this critical training programme, not only will the various legislation governing Estate Constables as well as their Powers of Arrest be comprehensively covered, but various cases and scenarios where an arrest can and cannot be made will be clearly illustrated also.
