COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course deals with a fundamental aspect in the security industry – supervision. Participants will obtain a clear and real understanding of what the role of a Security Supervisor is, and what he/she needs to do to get persons under his/her supervision to do what is required in an efficient and effective manner for the benefit of the company.
