In reality, not many if any organization could have predicted a pandemic would affect the way business was conducted. Many organizations would have responded with several safety measures not previously prepared for in such an occurrence. However, many institutions should have in place appropriate provisions and a fitting management response plan.

This course provides all of the principles and techniques required to develop and implement Pandemic policies and management response plans for a range of industries. For organizations that may already have such policies and plans, the course will offer ways to strengthen such documentations, and importantly, the implementation of such. They will be done against the various legislations and regulations applicable to Trinidad and Tobago and from international best practices
