Executive Personnel Protection is a much specialised area of security. It involves the physical protection of certain personnel in government, judiciary, diplomatic corp, private sector and even celebrities. Executive protection professionals must be specifically trained to perform this very serious function where failure to provide the adequate executive protection can result have detrimental effects to the principal.
